Within our Pilates Studio we have instilled that intimate sense of 'Black Rock community'. Our teachers all live in the Bayside area. They understand the need for Pilates to help maintain that active Black Rock lifestyle. Our class sizes are kept to a maximum of 4 people and are customised for each individual client, whether to walk the dog from Black Rock to Sandringham, participate for the Black Rock Lifesaving Club (again), or merely look better for the beach. Specific rehabilitation programs are designed in consultation with your medical practitioner if necessary | Health rebates are available through selected funds
